it still doesn't end?!!!!!! I effing re-triggered the whole damn mode! I will look at it again....

You sure you were playing beta11? In beta10 I did some works on it, but beta11 I did moar. I just don't see how it isn't adding up the scores...

When a round ends, it picks living heroes in the arena; if you have a living hero, it sets your score to current score+1. It then checks, if your current score is 10 or more, it should end the game...

Hmm, does it SAY that all players are defeated, but not actually end that game? got anymore info? (Glad trigger is a good 3 pages long)

Generally it says this player has won the game every 10 rounds they win it says save codes then it continues.

LOL okay so either I spotted a bug or it was coincidence any ways on the skill images the real hero always lands first. In other words no confusion what so ever to the very trained eye.

On the glad arena thing: alright, finally, a small bug that can be easily fixed! Think the mode will be done after this one?!

And images, hmm... I can spot the right image 75% of the time; but I don't know how or why. Maybe I subconsciously see it land first, and decide I want to kill it first.

I will take a look and see how easy it is to tell...

um i just tried using the mana nuke in glad mode and it worked on one hero but it wouldnt work on the spider hero, like it would cast and his guy would flash something but he was taking 0 damage from it. is aved replay actually if u wanna see

Alright here's one for ya, When using skele's level 11 summons 15 powerful skele's so you're all like, "alright level 12 i'm going to have 20 skele's and i'm going to swamp those basterds.." Wrong! You only get 10 skele's and you're forced to have to deal with the horrendous suckyness of only being able to partially perform a circle around the enemy.

Also auradin set doesn't seem to give all the aura's. I was in one game where i received no unholy or endurance aura and than again in another.

I finally fixed the set for real... Which involved me abusing the game mechanics! But, the set and ring are finally.... gonna work!

... okay, this is how skellys work...
: level 1 skelly 5, 10, 15, 20
level 2 skelly 5, 10, 15, 20
level 3 skelly, 5, 10, 15
level 4 skelly, 10
: so, really, the last level, skips to 3 levels ahead

i was playing a game yesterday in which my absorb mana skill stopped working. meaning the hotkey didnt do anything, clicking on it didnt do anything, i couldnt bring up the little crosshair to target my victim. forgot to save the replay unfortunately but yea just something really weird. i also tried it several times for several levels of it, it stopped working at level 6 i think.

You cant absorb mana if your mana is full...

Sometimes random things in the game break, just becase WC3 is old, and silly.

Yesterday, I couldnt do anything with my hero. He froze in place; I couldn't move him, cast, or do anything at all... Then I remembered a game I used to play before CHA; that happened a lot... To fix it, just de-select your hero, and re click him.

But, absorb mana is a straight up WC3 skill. It uses it's own base order ID, and there is no triggering involved. Same skill as in the ladder version, except put on a hero. (with new numbers)

^^This is just my excuse as to how I cannot fix it Sad

yea at first i thought it was just me being full but then i made sure to watch that and yea still nothing, oh well old game ftw.

also i noticed that i didnt get XP for winning the game in kill rag mode but i assumed it was because i had already maxed out my xp for the game. just thought i would make sure though that if i set the game mode to kill rag, and my team does, that you get the bonus winning exp.

ohhh; ahem, cough, cough, bleh, cough....

I accidently used "picked unit" in that trigger, rather than "picked player" soooo, yeah, no bonus EXP. I realized this after killing rag 5 times, and not getting any EXP...

Found another bug with the mini arena another by accident thing. Standing on the port to get out of the arena not paying attention to duel clock when duel came along I was ported out to the middle of the map right where the mini arena portal is.

Some minor thing with switch couldnt do rag until my allie killed all 4 archons. I could kill the archons a 100 billion times but unless my allie cleared them rag mission was closed. Other times it generally works okay just have to do the archon run over again, but sometimes it doesnt register your archon run as the team you switched to and thus you cant do rag.

Hmm, that is odd... I think I am getting too many variables in the map (over 200) and sometimes, the game confuses them... I guess I can just add in a second trigger to re-add players to their new player group, just in case the first one gets crapped out on.

That mini-arena thing has been reported a few times. I *think* I fixed it; I added in a second move trigger, on a tiny wait timer; that is, the problem was occuring because two "move" triggers were firing at the exact same second. Now, it will go off twice; so, no matter what, you *should* get pulled outta there.

i think i have a bug...

i have found that the following actions cause players from the other team to get disconnected from the game:

If Team One manages to kill anyone from Team Two in their own base
If Team One crosses half court/the tome teleport more than 5x at any point
If Team One has more than 2 kills before the first duel
If anyone on Team One gets more than 2 kills outside of the duel arena
If Team One uses any of these skills: banish, storm bolt, mana vortex, silent night, mana burst, or frost fall, and God forbid in any combination
If Team One refuses to stand and fight to the death with their Priest, chain lightning, ww, banish, mana burst hero against an illidan with vampiric, combat master, bloodbath and avatar. (please note this happens rarely since usually in these situations said Team 2 player has already been disconnected due to the broken skills being used by Team One)
If Team One attacks an essence or archon spot whilst someone from Team Two is in there

That is all i can think of for now but this may or may not need editing at some point.
Also please note that there usually is some profanity and obscenely hateful comments made by the person being disconnected prior to said disconnect, so its possible that they are getting disconnected due to violating the ToS for blizzard.

Ohh, I have seen most of these problems before. I tried calling blizzard, asking them to change their ToS, because it was causing mid-game crashes for specific players.

I also learned, that using goblin bombs causes a rare bug, when profanity is spewed from a majority of players. When you upgrade to massive goblin bombs, and hit an opponent with the bomb, they disconnect shortly after.

I noticed though, that if drop mode is on, the rate of disconnects scales pretty rapidly. 1 or two players might get disconnected, but the remaining player suddenly gets really strong, and will never leave the game. I think the remaining player is afraid of a disconnect, and wants to make up for the loss of his team.

^^This affects not only the poor souls who get dropped, but the players who remain in the game. We really gotta get these bugs fixed ASAP!

oh i remembered another old one that only occurs when playing on the v-bot, and its only happened to me when im on team 2 and Player 1 is still in the game and only in the older edits, it hasnt happened for a long time. When players from team one get really mad for whatever reason and start with the name calling haterade i have actually been disconnected from the game a couple of times, like the game couldnt handle the hate but got confused and accidentally disconnected me!!! Ironically I have found that in these situations i NEVER see the person who was player 1 in v-bot games, ever again.
