This was in 2.0 for starters but I doubt you did anything that would change it. But the other day we did a random mode game and somehow my guy spazzed and didnt autopick his ulti. So I didn't repick to be fair i just seleced a random ulti. Then I noticed everytime i died i was getting max respawn times even at like lvl 3 and such.
