Need someone who can create a forum

Alright, so, we are closing in on 12,000 posts. We have insane activity, even if it isnt all people posting. We have about, 200,000 page views a month. that is about, 600,000 google ads, per month. For google ads, you get paid like... .01 of a cent, per ad, or something insanely low like that. run some quick math 100 adds is a penny, 10,000 adds is a dollar, 600,000 is 60 dollars. If people click ads, you get like a penny extra per click, or something low like that...

Again, simple math, if I owned my own forum, with google advertising, we could make a small bit of cash a month. Nothing that would matter to my personal life, but that might make CHA a more popular map.

On the site this forum is hosted through, we are top 5 in activity (at like 5th) so, I`m sure we`d make enough money to have some cash prize tournys! and `blah blah blah, we all know who would win` the idea of a cash prize tourny will bring in more people. it will make those people more competitive. competition=good. you think dota was just invented and everyone loved it? it took over AoS because the dota forums makes a shit ton of cash, and they can PAY people to be good at dota. Players who wanna be better, will use the forums more, earning more money from ads, having larger tournys... paying for bots.. ect ect.

Worst case scenario, I end up paying X dollars a month for a site.

ANYWAY, what I need: (might have to post on a real site)
I need someone who can create an entire website from scratch. Not someone who can do what I did, and get a template from a site that will host. I will be paying for the monthly hosting cost, via buying a domain. However, all sites that allow you to do so, and have a pre-made forum, either, you cannot collect on the ads, or they are ad free.

So to condense... I need to make a forum site, where I can have my own google advertising. I am already signed up for google ads, and have all the coding for it; I just need a blank slate to create it onto.

Anyone who can do this, I will pay 50 bux, assuming it meets my basic standards; which are pretty low, considering I just need a forum. I can get anyone the coding for the graphics on this site; or simply send the picture files.

The money will be paid through paypal, unless you really want a money order! So, anyone got a friend into this kinda stuff, give them a heads up. If not, I will start advertising on .. yeh know... help wanted sites...

I am capable of making more flashy sites, customers just wanted simple though. The Wrenchhead one is still in progress, waiting for my boss to get me the information.

But, if this is something that I could work on over the course of a while I would be glad to help out. I can fit in design between school and shit.

you really just need the basics, record of posts, members, ect. I think a lot of the coding you can actually find on the internet. I spend like 60 hours a week between school and work, not including homework time, so I really dont have the time to learn how to build a website, alongside of editing and my busy life.

If you find yourself far too busy to do it, just lemme know and I will keep asking around.
