8-3-1 ratio.

Items:

upgrade armor and amulet, priortizing armor.

lol, the first official sc2 build post. Not a bad build; I assume you cast the ward ASAP to stack up the damage buffs, then run to cast on an opponent before the bonus wears off? Can easily get a good deal of extra damage on some opponents.

That is a very energy intense build; energy vortex would be a strong counter, as would a power leveler that gets vitality. Super-Healer_tank_Hybrid/ would do that up.

Ive been refining it to work more with regen, and focus on farming my way into the lead

is there anyway we can separate wc3 and sc2 builds? I think it may be confusing to newcomers on the forum.

ehhhh; maybe. Guess we can make a sc2 section. .. Eventually. When there is actual demand for one. Undead doesnt count!

When I think along the lines of spell screwed I think in terms of silences or mana denial. The big difference between WC and SC is if your a spell caster you typically have no attack power at all. Creeping is done entirely through your spells. Essentially this takes a big portion creativity out of the game. Which is probably why you won't see a lot of guides because aside from their stat investments they will all be the same. What it will come down to is how you invest your points and how your opponents invest theirs. The one who takes the least detour to their builds strength wins. I hope this doesn't get taken in the wrong way there will probably be guides in the future but don't be too surprise if a couple of skills consistently overlap in a lot of builds.
