we are gonna start recruiting again, not heavily, im gonna try to get about 1 member every week. also, if you get a promotion to grunt, i expect you to HELP OUT at least one peon person once or twice aweek, of course i can't really monitor this, but i don't want people to get frustrated with the game, when it can be a learning/fun experience for everyone, my goal is to have equal numbers of grunts and peons at all times and have

I want 2 people in charge of training/helping out the newbies, i don't ask for hard core training sessions, but just little talks about the basics.
I want 1 person in charge of organizing clan events like ctf, koth and small clan games just for the lulz. maybe get a few players for tourny play just for fun.
I want 1 person specifically for complaints, complaints against me, against the other shaman, against anything or anyone in the clan. i am not looking for an asswiper, im actually looking for someone who will tell me what is on everyones mind. This Shaman spot will be open to election from the general CHAO for a 1 month term? im not sure yet, but anywhere from 1-3 months, but you can get reelected, i don't think we can do polls on this forum, but i can open up a polling somewhere and ill have to talk to glorn about if thats possible on the forums or ill jsut call a time when we meet in channel to vote.
and the last shaman will be chosen just from the grunts. Just grunts will elect him, he is to express the feelings of the grunts.
I reserve the right to kick anyone from the clan. however, if i kick you unfairly i invite you to bring it up with complaints and if the shamans vote that you were kicked unfairly you will be allowed back in no matter what i have to say about it.
