Bnet declared Fyu name a no no and wouldnt let him log on under that account. He gave up production on 6.3 and thus his clan activity dropped significantly. Eventually when a chief goes so many days without logging on clans will fold due to inactivity. It also didnt help matters much when his only 2 active shamans jumped ship and went over to chao. So without shamans or anyone for that matter coming into channel to act as operator you now know the rest.
The real truth Fyu grew bored of cha and went on to play dota instead.

Actually, funny enough; his account name wasnt banned until AFTER the clan was disbanded due to inactivity. I used to talk to him a bit; we were discussing making an edit together (this was... a year ago) But he lost interest in that also.
I know his new account though, and on very rare occasion we chat.
