H and I have been joking about different Player Level Animations and how you should get innate abilities with them.
Lvl 17 gives you a fire halo. So this build was born.

Evil
Tint 9 0 3

Flame Strike
Absorb Mana
Immolation

Volcano

This build is very very mana intensive. I would recommend starting with a Staff on this build. You cannot lose out on farming with this build you literally should be able to hit 9.5 for the first duel if not 10. Lvl up absorb to 5 or 6 and then keep lvling up flamestrike and immolation. this build is more team oriented i repeat this is not meant for 1v1s. it has 2 large aoe damage spells. that are great in KOTH. Idk if you ever tried staying on a hill when you just got ww flame striked and volcanoed.

this build is hilarious in KOTH especially if you don't do super start mode... even if you do, your magic damage just rapes an entire team... lol. imagine if you had a teammate with W/C its gg... but ya i'm down for it i think lvl 15-16 are the lightining balls.

im prety sure 13-16 is lightning, its like 2 levels before the multiple of 5 levels. you get an orb over your head from 7-12 i think

lvl 15-16 Lightning

Chaos Knight (One that looks like razor)

Tint 7 5 2 *this could be wrong but i think its gold tint

Monsoon
Static Shock
Darkness (idk i needed another skill and nothing else fits i guess its dark with the storm cloud)

Either Elemastery (do not recommend even though its more lightining)
Dust Storm (hello its a storm)

Dust storm is awesome you can channel monsoon in it, and your static shock still procs.

i got something for lvl 10 (approx) orb over ur head. Its the same thing as the parasite icon isnt it?
Based on that(if it is), im thinking a "id love to just watch as you slowly wreathe in pain and die slowly and cant do anything about it" kinda thing. Soooo

Storm Bolt (stun them first so they cant do shit while they slowly die)
Shadow Strike (slow death)
Parasite (cast it on as many people as u can so it looks like an infectious desease =) + slow death)
Locust Swarm (more slow death)

Dunno what hero though. One that compliments a dark green, parasitic tint. Banshee maybe.

For a defensive skill on that build; I think you could use terrify? The graphic for it, I believe, is two orbs swirling around your opponents. could be wrong though; maybe cripple has that?

If not, rally cry; makes a big red glowing orb on ur hero

The animation is actually "siphon mana" if you wanna get into it... Personally, i think vortex would go pretty great with it.

Lets do our best to make these builds semi-usable, while playing the theme.

Blue Aura:

Voidwalker, tinted blue
Frost Fall
Absorb Mana
Consume (Same as the given graphic, but green)
Mana Shield

Also, just a heads up.. If you tint a hero, it will tint their graphic as well. You could tint it black and go with a demonic theme... or red with fire. or green with life. or yellow with healing.

Level 20 is the tranquility graphic i believe. Good for healing/greener/rainy abilities.

Use treebeard, the ent guy.

the builds i made are more about asthetics more than anything else. i am good with asthetics, im not too concerned with useability, but the first two builds i made just happened to be good builds.

plus i already used red void walker for the fire and that build not only looks wicked but team pvp's and farms like a beast.

i was thinking pally with a 2 9 4 tint... (i think thats the right order) and defenders on that guy is beast due to his armor and hp gain ontop of him being int to support it
