| Actually you can, you use the secret immortals combiner, which becomes available after you kill the Spaghetti Monster. The Spaghetti Monster boss becomes available after you kill Ragnarok 100 times and the opposing team spontaneously combusts creating 1000's of strands of cooked and quite hostile spaghetti. | |

Orb of Fire: Orb of fire is counted as "Pure damage" as is the splash. Magic reduction will have no affect on it. Orb of fire is reduced by the armor of the target being attacked. Orb of fire will deal full damage to all units hit with the splash. Any weapon involving Orb of fire affects will deal damage equal to the weapon damage in splash to nearby units. (Lava axe does 325 damage to nearby units) Critical hits WILL affect the splash damage! I want to test this more, but I believe any splash damage is raised by the same factor as your strike. (a DS with lava axe will deal 325X8 damage in splash, through armor) Splash damage WILL go through any chance to miss! IF someone casts befuddle on you, shoot something next to him, and the splash WILL affect him! Fire orb affect DO NOT STACK! Having 4 fire orbs will not deal a shit ton of damage to everything around the target! Orb affects do not stack, and these are separate orb affects! As you can imagine by now, Banish has no affect on splash damage. If you banish 1 guy, and shoot the guy next to him, the banished unit will still take the splash damage, but it will not be amplified by the banish affect.
Before its locked how accurate is this? Also how much splash damage does the rag sword do. I think I noticed it has a slightly bigger aoe range then the other fire weapons but I'm not sure how much. | |

| Why would I negative rep you or anyone? I'm not a coward if I negative rep anyone I tell them. Well I'm not sure about splash damage I read somewhere not sure if it was the hive or helper that splash when it misses deals less damage. | |

| indeed; when a splash damage misses, it deals a factor of damage (set in the editor, so anyone can set it to what they want)
This however only affects the main target attacked.
All the info above is 100% accurate, but allow me to discuss evasion:
With a fire orb, your main target takes the damage as if it were normal damage; the splash damage is not pure on your main target.
When your main target has evasion, then 50% of the splash damage will carry through as pure damage. Nearby units hit by the splash will still take full; pure splash damage.
Rags weapon is 350 splash damage, I believe.
So; quick math:
350 splash damage vs 35% evasion. (350/3)/2=~120/2=~60. a 350 splash damage weapon will add about 60 pure damage per attack, on average, against someone with 35% evasion. Against someone with say... 100 armor, that is equal to... 100 armor increases HP by 300%, making it a total of 400%. 60 damage plus 300% of 60, is 240 (check the armor thread for info on my math). That 240 however, is equal to 240 PER ATTACK. that doesnt value in the 35% evasion; so, add 35% to that 240. an extra 80. 320.
Final Answer: Against 35% evasion, 350 splash damage is equal to ~320 extra damage per attack (of normal attack damage. The above 320 damage is added ON TOP OF the damage of the weapon.
Again, a reference. That 625 damage Exploding Axe, against 35% evasion; has the equivalent of 945 damage.
