here what you do:
1) get a magus staff
2) farmmmmm
3) get a boots of speed at some point
4) keep farmin til u hit level 9 and head on back to your base
5) pick up an archmagus cloak and however many magic sheilds you can afford
6) win the 1st duel (runnnnnn if they got avatar)
7) get a frost orb with money you have (sell a magic shield or 2 if you need to)
go to your opponents side
9) farm his creeps.
10) if he comes to attack you- doom roots, flame strike, dead.
11) if he doesnt attack u, wait till he gets all the creeps in the area hes farming in weak then come in, doom roots, flame strike, dead, dead creeps, mana restore, holy light, repeat.
12) do this til the opponent quits or you have 10 kills.
13) give me a cookie for using my build

ive been using the basis of that build forever... That is actually my terraptus build... Same skill, just, terraptus as an ult... Why? Another mana/life heal. You can still hit 9-10 for the first duel... Everything after that is where it really starts to speed up though. Really, it is just endless farming, get a bunch of AGI stuff and damage.

For a "fast game" Just get siren with nova/banish/roots.

lol i would use siren but shes too flimsy a normal farming skill does the same % of hp on her that nova does on other heros. personally for a camp build i just like using my favorite int heros more specifically the far seer and the sea witch simply because they are stronger. roots disables so ms doesnt really matter how fast you are it matters how fast you can kill the other guy.

Can you Holy Light yourself?

yeah. holy light is a heal.
