Pulverize Buff

since pulverize can go to lvl 15 why not make it actually useable at high lvls here is a cute suggestion, at lvls 13-15 add a mini stun like .1 secs for everyone in the bash aoe?

not .1 i meant .01 or something small maybe even .05

you mean just as an interrupt, to stop channels? I could do that I guess...

However, compare the damage on it, to the damage on MEA, and then those damages to the damage on Ele Mastery; and tell me which one is worst late game :p

hmmm ill have to check it out with the new lvling but iirc its around 200 damage enhanced type i beleive so its not reduced by armor i know the damage is great, but it seems like spells that go past lvl 12 need a little umph to make them seem wicked...

You know its funny people always underate pulverize granted its damage is not death strike but its aoe and procs more often. Later levels I would really hate to see a group mini bash because every idiot and I mean idiot would flock to that skill and over play it to death. Do you really want to see Pulverize/Bash/EM like in 90% of the games you play? Its not the handling problem its the fact that it would make pubs/anyone who bothers to try out against you guys boring as fuck to play with.

I really dont know the numbers of pulverize but what about either increasing its aoe size at later levels. Can you create a visual on the skill so people can start to recognize when it goes off and stop assuming it sucks. Whats its chance to proc at 15? Maybe it should be higher most of your crits have nearly a 30% chance to proc maybe pulverize should be 50% at level 15.

i crunched the numbers down for some clannies last night...

Pulv is ~100 damage per attack, at max level, in a 500 AoE; it does half of its damage in a 800 AoE, at max level.
MEA is ~230 damage per attack, to a single target, at max level.
EM is ~200-250, if you are being attacked, and attacking.

well the mechanics of enhanced type attack is that it is reduced by magic reduction ONLY, basically the same as MEA, EM and Bash. the difference between Enhanced and Magic damage is that magic damage can affect Banished Units where as Enhanced cannot.

but to Sharky, thats why i didn't want to put in a noticeable bash it would be something super tiny you wouldn't even see, plus pubs run passive builds all the time and fail.. its not like it would make that much of a difference as far as game play, you don't even have to put bash in the tool tip if you think it would do that and put interrupts channeling.... btw

does pulv and mea stack? b/c i'd imagine since they're both upped by weak c that'd synergize pretty well.

yeah; me and yeti did a 2v3 TB game the other day; he had weak C and MEA, I had feedback and tidal rush.

was gud! feedback also deals magic/spell damage; on par with MEA.

The only stacking issues that can come up as far as i am aware is between MEA and Bash...

this is only mildly related but when you say something has an AOE range of 800...that literally means nothing to me. can you give me something to relate that to? like how big is the top left spawn area roughly, or big is the duel arena or something. all i know about pulverize AOE is that it used to be big enough to piss off the creepies in the old rag area.

ill make a post of the ranges on the map since i think a lot of people may have the same problem 125 range is about the tauren cheiftan atttack range 600 is about the range of marine and most standard range units... 800 is about that of catapualts in melee

yeah; the space marine is actually 650 range...

the majority of ranged attackers have a 600 range though. Siren has 300, as does space orc. generally, 300 range is a range you cannot kite from.

Death orb has a cast range of 1600.

The majority of spells in the game have a cast range of 600-700.

An AoE is the same rangesl but a circle.

600 AoE is about what frost fall is. That huge circle, that is impossible to miss from, is 600 AoE. That is, it extends in 600 "yards" in every direction from the center of the AoE.

So, by saying it has 800 AoE, you can assume, it is fucking huge; considering. 1 side to the opposite is 1600 "yards". the cast range of death orb; or about, 1/3 the side of the arena.
