were the goblins nerfed in the 20 beta?

i tried using them only to find that they do not duplicate as fast. this may be because of the lack of extreme creep spawns, idk

indeed, their split attack time has been increased by 2. This means goblins must attack 2 more time before they split into new goblins.

Why? With no auras, a smart person can easily have 15 goblins going. With a speed set, if there are enough creeps, you can get 30 goblins in about 15 seconds. This is too strong, being able to do nothing and outlevel everyone.

yea thats good you nerfed them they were multiplying to fast as we saw..
now i have to see if my build you saw glorn works still ha thanks

It should still work; I tested it. Just grab a 15% endurance cloak to start, with a power set; rather than trying for tot set for first duel. You should be able to get it; and it will be stronger than the tot set build. Also, with the rushed endurance, it should allow you to still easily hit 10 for the first duel.

yea but i like going tot set because i use it late game and it helps me alot in the beginning even first duel when i have like 1.7k hp without completing it yet.
but ill try what u said just to see how i do
