I am assuming you mean Yiff-Fox and the Treasure Box. To get to them, stand on the circle of power, in between the two portals on the middle of the map, for about 5 seconds. Then, to get out, stand in the circle of power at the bottom of the yiff arena for about 10 seconds I think it is. Be careful when going there though, since Yiff is strong and you will usually end up a bit weak, which leaves you wide open for ganks.
