I noticed Immortals Mask gives a Unholy Aura, does that stack with regular unholy auras?

The buff for it should say, `Immortals Regen` or something along those lines? And yes, it does stack with unholy aura... at least, it should. If the icon for it, and unholy both show up, which it should, then they should both be working.

Meh not really you could just stack about two prismatics and have Scepter of Primarch and get about the same amount of regen tankage. Seriously it wasnt the regen it was the armor + the regen and there are still ways to achieve that.

scepter is just a gross item in general and by far the best orb effect, i jsut wish it had an upgrade to a late game item while retaining the orb

that is why it doesnt... it is by far the strongest orb affect you can get. Really, one of the strongest items in the game, once you have armor and damage. The price for that insane regen is that you gotta use a lower-grade weapon to get it. Same as item WW and spell immunity. It was actually a well thought out balancing process...

Check out old edits though, 1.2.3 and maybe 1.2.6... scepter of the holy protector used to have lifesteal, rather than 30 regen a second. I think in one of the edits, the lifesteal was like 15% also. It was so retardedly OP it made me giggle.
